THANKSGIVING DAY

This day is a special occasion  that is celebrated accross the United States Of America and in Canada in every single home. Thanksgiving is probably one of the most important celebrations for North Americans, where families and friends generally reunite to share food, drinks and gifts. It is important because people have the opportunity to share a special moment with the ones they love and also because it is a way to say thanks for everything they have received during the year. 


This day is not celebrated in our contry as a national holiday but there are many people who may celebrate it because they have family who live either in the USA or in Canada. Also, we dont celebrate it because for us there are other types of similar celebrations that  are more meaningful for the Colombian people such as Crhismas' eve or the Love and Friendship day

the black’s and white’s carnival is the largest and most important celebration at south Colombia. This carnival is made the 2 to 7 of January. The first day was on January 6 1912. It is celebrated, for express imagination, friendship, and the joys of the year

San Fermin Festival

It is celebrated in Panplona, Spain and it is also known as the run of the bulls. The origien of teh festival is that the romans kill christian people with lions then with bulls thats why the  bull runnig. They usually wear a white clothe sand a red handkerchiek around teh neck, they before the run teh start to drink and they run li crazy.
